This Friday is the last home game for 12 great young men. It's tough to think about the fact we are nearing the end of a great run for these guys. I think back to those 5th and 6th grade years and how dominate they were. We just knew they would be playing for state championships when they got to high school. Unfortunately, life happens. Over the years, we've lost a handful of the core. I won't go into that this week. This week is for the 12 seniors that have battled through everything the last 8 years and will play their last game at historic Jacket Stadium. I, for one, could not be more proud of this group and how they have battled through everything that has been thrown their way and still be able to keep Kingfisher's remarkable streak of 22 (I think) straight playoff appearances.

As for the game, the North Rock Creek Putty Cats shouldn't be able to do much this week. I'm looking for another shutout from this tough Jacket defense. The Jackets' main objective should be to enjoy the festivities of Senior Night, play hard for the 2-3 quarters they are in, and hope to be injury free so we can prepare to go ruin Anadarko's Senior Night next week.
