DON’T LIKE IT? GET BETTER!

This is one of my favorite motivational phrases.

If you don't like not winning, find out what you can do to make sure you win next time, it's as simple as that. Don't place blame on anyone else, they gotta figure it out on their own. Be a good teammate and pick them up and advise as needed, but if they aren't going to take it, let them go on down their own path.

Figure out what you can do to improve your game as well as pick up the shortcomings of those who need the help. Realize your role and how you can maximize your talents.

Then repeat the words of the irreplaceable, Denney Crabaugh,

WINNING DOESN'T SUCK

As a matter of fact, winning is pretty damn awesome so do all you can to make sure you come out on top.
