Pictures Say A Lot

They say an image is worth a 1000 words so I'm just going to leave a few pics of the Jackets vs McQuiet in the weight room.

Keep in mind folks, that these are somewhat dated pictures so those pictured then are bigger and stronger now than they were then.

Now for a pic from McQuiet:

Let's break this down from a fundamental standpoint, you got a player there who appears to be a lineman squatting what looks to be about a buck eighty-five, which is what Otter warms up with for wrist curls. Could be doing burnouts maybe, who knows. But you have his buddies in the background, probably talking about how swole they are getting while exercising nothing but their jaws. At least one of them is HOLDING a dumbbell. Could just be a family member, tough to tell.

Here's something else to consider, in ever conversation with a Jacket football player each one said that they were in the gym this summer getting better. If you expect to be a part of something good and not someone who just wants to hang out with buddies on the sideline you get your ass in the gym and bust it while dreaming of cracking opponents skulls during the season. Yes, that was a pointed dis at certain individuals and if you don't like it, get over it-ifykyk.
